Dr. Joseph Ghafari earned dental degrees from the Université Saint Joseph (Lebanon) and the University of Pennsylvania (U/PA, USA), and orthodontic education at Harvard University/Forsyth Dental Center. He is a former Professor and presently Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at U/PA. He is Professor and Founding Head of the Division of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, American University of Beirut. A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and past or present President of national and international associations, he has a rich portfolio of research, publications, and invited lectures worldwide.
